No, but seriously, I understand plans keep changing, and that’s why I believe in a strategic  approach to design that’s structured around users, but also addresses my partner teams’ priorities. Design blends what people want and what technology can do, but as an empathetic designer I’m cognitive that both of them are constantly evolving. So I like to think big but scalable, work fast but attentive, stay knowledgeable but flexible and most importantly, appreciate that I have the privilege to make someone’s life better.
